Our slowest powder for the very powerful magnum cartridges. The propellant powder was originally developed for the .338 Lapua Mag. caliber, but even works excellently in .50 Browning cartridges. RS80 has been optimized in terms of temperature behavior and shows the best pressure/velocity ratios in many calibers.

Powder type
The RS80 is an extruded 1-hole propellant powder based on nitrocellulose, which is specially designed for high performance using a unique impregnation process with nitroglycerin. The powder contains a modern, lead-free copper plating additive and is therefore suitable for modern lead-free ammunition.
Safety lifespan
The propellant powder can be used safely for up to 10 years if stored appropriately.
